Hi everyone, I just discovered this great tool to keep on track and began using it this week. So far, I find it very helpful. I've lost 25lbs prior to joining but I think the tracking this site provides will motivate me and will help me move to the next 25. I have no target goal in mind. I'll know when I reach it. So far I'm down 3 pant sizes and have been doing mostly cardio/elliptical work. I'm not on any diet per se, just a little more cautious about what I eat, how late I eat, and serving size. And yes, I now have gotten used to only drinking water (and the rare occasional tea). I work out daily now, usually for 30-45 minutes. I plan on tracking my progress as the journey continues.

I love MFP. I joined in January I think, but have only really been using it since last month. I've been logging in regularly, tracking what I eat and joined in the challenges which have definately motivated me. I've made friends too and its been good to spur each other on.
