I am new around here. Diagnosed type 2 diabetes, could not control with diet and meds, so now I'm poking myself for blood glucose daily. This is a big escalation for me. I'm determined to get things back under control before insulin becomes a thing.

Read the article quiksylver attached, It has some great information. Read the success stories, there are plenty of them, so many that started out learning too. One of the most important things I learned was that there is no magic fix. Figure out how many calories you need to eat to achieve a healthy weight loss, buy your self a food scale and start keeping track!0
