Help with calorie allowance

Silly question but had different responces in the office. If my day allowance is 1360 cal and my galaxy watch is connected and records 500 extra calories in sport can I then eat 1860 cal and still loose weight.?

The "exercise" calories aren't as accurate so good practice is to eat no more than 60/70% of your extra exercise calories and take it from there. it will also depends on how high is your deficit to begin with, your stats etc.2

Yes your calorie goal given by MyFitnessPal is for a non exercise day only.
Inaccuracy in exercise estimates doesn't always mean they are exaggerated - don't cut them back unless you have some reason to believe they are too high. Depending on what your sport is they may be a way to verify how accurate they are.
My Garmin estimates for the majority of my exercise are most likely too conservative but close enough to be considered reasonable - and for weight management reasonable and consistent is good enough.2 -
