I would like to see the diary of a person who has lost 40 plus ponds?
I need to see what I need to do...
somedays I go over 1200, somedays i go over and so forth....
please can i see?
and tell me your stating weight and our current weight and where u are trying to so?

I'm 5'9. Started at 237 on 3/1/2011
i'm now at 194.6
goal waeight 180.
we'll see about losing more when i get there0 -

Today was a fairly good day. But Like most people i am a emotional eater, I binge

I was down 32 but was lowing muscle So I added in more protein...feel free to look I'm a veggie and I eat clean 90% of time0

I started 322, now 219 and I count calories and exercise. I have changed so much inside and out and how I feel about myself and have only been doing this since Feb 7, 2011. Feel free to check out my diary or add me as a friend.0

I'm not shy. My diary is viewable. I am at 136 now and have lost 47-48 pounds since Jan 18th. And before you say it....yeah I eat a lot of wraps. They are better than bread and when you get all the ingredients in them they are bursting at the seams. I make my meals in advance and don't stray too much. Watch your sugars, it is so important!0

:flowerforyou: You will find all kinds of different "Diets" here. The key is to find what works for you, find an Exercise that you like, and Be Consistent.

U can do it. Believe it or not I don't have a gym mebership and only work out for 35 - 45 mins each day. With a little one and work. I only have time to work out when she takes her morning nap0 -

if you want it bad enough you can totally do it! I am 36 and I have lost 90lbs in 6 1/2 months! and no I did not run on a treadmill for 6 hours a day! I walked and did some dance stuff with the wii but I haven't moved beyond that yet!0 -
