    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    March 21, 2019 starting weight - 142.6 (ten-day rolling average 141.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 142 - 148)

I achieved my goal during the Winter challenge, and I've started the difficult job of keeping it off. I'm going to participate in the Spring challenge if y'all don't mind. My new pair of challenges are not gaining back and also not losing much more.

    March:
    March 28: 141.8 (10-day average 143.2)
    March 31: 142.8 (10-day average 143.2)

    April:
    April 4: 142.6 (10-day average 143.0)
    April 28: 144 (10-day average 142.0 )

    May:
May 5: Should be May 2; I was away from scale since April 28. 144.0 (10-day average 142.1).
    May 9: 141.6 (10-day average 142.1)
    May 16:
    May 23:
    May 30:

Weight lost this week: Actually four days since my last report and two weeks since the previous. Scale weight is down a bit, and average is steady.

May Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
    May Actual:

Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148 from March 21 through June 20
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Scale weight and 10-day average are a little below my goal and at the bottom of my maintenance range. The trendweight app says I am gaining, but that's an anomaly of being away from the scale for a week and coming home at the exact same scale weight.

Hi my name is Jenn and I am back for another round. The last 10 pounds has been rough to get off. I have bounced around all winter in the low 150's or high 140's. It's time to get into the low 140's and stay!

    Highest weight: 178
MFP starting weight: 178 July of 2018

    Starting weight for challenge: 150.9
    March 21: 150.9
March 23: 151.8 no reason for the uptick. Allergy meds may be making me retain some water and just not feeling 100%. Hopefully next week I will hit the 140’s again!
March 30: 151.9 I was way lower yesterday, but I’m guessing it was my dinner from last night. Gotta love that sodium!
April 6: 148.8 great finish to a strong week. Hopefully next week I finish even stronger!
April 13: 149.4 starting our vacation today or last night, lol!
April 20: 151.0 got back from vacation on Thursday. Had a blast and didn’t do to much damage!
April 27: 147.6 did good all week and lost all my vacation water weight.
May 4: 148.2 was lower yesterday but had a couple of beers with dinner and ate crazy late. So trying to do good today
May 11: 146.5 finally had a decent drop this week! So close to 145 which is the top of my maintenance weight. Maybe? Lol

Weight lost this week: What? The sale says I gained 1.6 pounds? Uh oh. Even my ten-day average is up over a half pound. Time for action, but I have a big calorie week coming up. It might go up a little more. My ten-day average weight is still under my ultimate goal, but my scale weight has been over that two days, though still well within my maintenance range.

May Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
May Actual: Still keeping it there.

Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Scale weight is a little bit above and 10-day average is a little below my goal and at the bottom of my maintenance range. The trendweight app says I am losing again, but it doesn't feel like it.

I am surprised how few folks are still keeping with this challenge. For those of us who are, congratulations! We can do this!

    Original starting weight (March 2013) - 175.4
Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    March 21, 2019 starting weight - 142.6 (ten-day rolling average 141.6)
    Ultimate goal - Maintain around 143 (range between 142 - 148)

I achieved my goal during the Winter challenge, and I've started the difficult job of keeping it off. I'm going to participate in the Spring challenge if y'all don't mind. My new pair of challenges are not gaining back and also not losing much more.

    March:
    March 28: 141.8 (10-day average 143.2)
    March 31: 142.8 (10-day average 143.2)

    April:
    April 4: 142.6 (10-day average 143.0)
    April 28: 144 (10-day average 142.0)

    May:
May 5: Should be May 2; I was away from scale since April 28. 144.0 (10-day average 142.1).
    May 9: 141.6 (10-day average 142.1)
    May 16: 143.2 (10-day average 142.7)
    May 23: 143.4 (10-day average 144.4)
    May 30:

Weight lost this week: Zero. The sale says I gained the smallest increment my scale reports (0.2 pounds). And I was up last week too. My ten-day average is up 1.7 pounds. I think it's ok. I had ten days over which I actually gained over seven pounds. It was creeping up but still really close to my goal, then went up over five pounds in three days. Yesterday morning I had lost six of them in ONE DAY. I think it was water weight from all the salty celebration food over a long weekend. Yesterday was "Employee Appreciation Day" as part of National Public Works Week. Management bought a feast and fed us. I didn't have my scale, so I estimated about 1800 calories for lunch. My limit is 1771 before exercise. Yesterday was Ultimate League, and it was a LONG game, and I got just over an hour on the bicycle doing my commute, so I kept my calories under my limit for the day and only saw a small gain this morning.

May Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
May Actual: Still keeping it there mostly. The last four days it's been over, and even though I'm down from my spike, that average is still going up.

Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148 from March 21 through June 20
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Scale weight is a little bit above the start of the challenge, and my 10-day average is a still in the bottom half of my maintenance range. The trendweight app says I am gaining again, and I know why. Now I simply need to act on it.

To be honest, when things spiked to the ceiling of my maintenance range, I almost reset MFP goal from "Maintain current weight" to "Lose 0.5 pounds per week." I didn't, and then saw that huge loss yesterday, so I'm doing fine. I didn't like the gain today, but that food we ate yesterday was SO salty.

Weight lost this week: I am up again this week -- 1.4 pounds by scale and 1.2 pounds by ten-day average.

June Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
June Actual: I have started to creep up.

Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148 from March 21 through June 20
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Scale weight is a 2.8 pounds above the start of the challenge, and my 10-day average is at the middle of my maintenance range. The trendweight app says I am gaining again.

Is this thread really down to only three people?

Maybe? Lol
    May 18: 147.0
May 25: DNW- was on baca for a week
June 1: 148.7 I’m still trying to get rid of my vacation weight gain. Moving in the right direction though, so I’ll take it.
June 8: 147.1 this decade is a rough one. I’m still struggling to get under 145. 2 more weeks to get there!

I achieved my goal during the Winter challenge, and I've started the difficult job of keeping it off. I'm going to participate in the Spring challenge if y'all don't mind. My new pair of challenges are not gaining back and also not losing much more.

Weight lost this week: I think I finally hit a stopping point and am losing again back towards my goal! Down 1.4 pounds by scale and a half pound by ten-day average.

June Goal: Keep my ten-day average to weigh at or below 143 (starting March 1 at 144.9)
June Actual: I started to creep up and got to the top of my maintenance range, but I think that's stopped.

Challenge Weight loss goal: Maintain between 142 - 148 from March 21 through June 20
Actual Weight loss for the challenge: Scale weight is 1.4 pounds above the start of the challenge, and my 10-day average is at the middle of my maintenance range. The trendweight app still says I am gaining again, but it doesn't know....
