Maintaining

So I got engaged In July and am getting married next month ! I’ve been intermittent fasting and working out 3-4 days a week and have love 45 pounds ! I’ve played this game before and always seem to fail once my “look good in a dress” event is over . Any tips on maintaining ? I have weighed over 200 lbs since I was 17. In fact I still have 22 lbs to go to be below that !

    Don't get off your diet.
    Still count the calories.
    Start to exercise.

    Strongly recommend the book “The Diet Fix” by Yoni Freedhoff: it deals specifically with WHY losses are so hard to maintain, and how to reverse that pattern—I’m finding the book hugely helpful! Congrats to you on your upcoming wedding and your successes—take care of yourself and check out the book!

    There's a discussion board on MFP dedicated to maintaining weight. Lots of great discussions/advice there.
