Naturally big legs

Guys my goal is getting to 8-10% body fat

The thing is have naturally big thighs and calves

I want tone them so when I reach 8-10 my legs look like a Greek God instead of bulky and stumpy.

How do I train legs without adding too much mass

    Mass in the legs, especially with men.... well, let's just say that its not necessarily a bad thing. Where you see bulky and stumpy, others see power and stature.

    Genetics cannot really be helped, unfortunately. You could try focusing less on legs (i.e. skip leg day) and just run or cycle for legs. But that's how you set yourself up for injury.

    You can have mass with low body fat - see *thousands* of competitive body builders for examples. Mass does not always equate to fat.
