Hello I’m new here!!

For years I have tried dad diets and achieved good results only to put it all back on again!! This time however I’m losing it for good! I have been sticking to what I should eat since Monday and although it’s not easy to reach in the biscuit tin when I have the 3pm tea I have done it!! The only think I find really hard is I’m going to bed hungry. I’m trying not to eat later in the evening and hoping these hunger pains will fade but any tips would be appreciated 😀

    welcome and good luck!

    honestly i eat before bed. i plan some calories before bed. i eat yogurt and protein cereal. as long as you are withing your calorie goal it's all good,
