Get anything you do cleared with your doctor, but I was walking on the treadmill at 4 mph by that point after my last c-section.

This is for sure something to run by your doctor.

My hunch is low impact stuff like walking, anything you can do in a pool, and cycling would probably be ok. But I'm not a doctor, I'm an evil genius.

Check with your doctor before starting anything.

My last c-section I ended up having to wait 3 months for exercise. My incision started to open from just walking around the 6 week mark.

You have to wait 3 months after a c section.

I've had two, and it was pure hell for me to not do *something*, but they're all correct. ^ You've just had major surgery, and you need your doctor's clearance to do any exercise. You've just had your uterus cut open and you need to make sure everything's healed, even before you start doing something as simple as walking long distances.
