Appetite is surprisingly individual, so it very much depends on you.
Some things that might be worth trying:- Drink more, maybe including flavoured drinks like fruit teas (not sugary ones!)
- Eat more protein. Or maybe eat more fat. Or more fibre.
- 'Graze' on small snacks throughout the day.
- Or have bigger, fewer meals.
- Distract yourself every time you start to feel hungry. Maybe take up a new hobby that uses your hands. Or go out for a short walk around the block.
For some people, their appetite is a physical thing that needs physical solutions such as certain macros. For other people, their appetite is primarily mental and they need to fool their brain into forgetting to be hungry. Experiment, and figure out what works for you!8 -
Doing keto I've totally lost my appetite, I get hungry don't get me wrong but I never graze.6

It's helped me to eat every few hours. I fit a snack in between lunch and dinner, usually some berries and Greek yogurt.0

have fruit and veggies always available as snacks. Many are low calorie, but high on fiber. Make you feel full and suppress appetite.
I eat 3-4 apples a day between the meals, and it helps me a lot.0 -
It could be that you aren't satiated by the foods you are eating, that you aren't eating enough volume or that your calories are too low.
What is your calorie goal and how much are you trying to lose?
For satiation and volume I eat a lot of grains and veggies. But satiation can vary per person, some people feel more full with protein and/or fat. Maybe do some experimenting to see what makes you feel more satisfied.2
