Hello there everyone. I am 39 from Colorado and have been struggling to loose weight for the past 6 years! I have been vegetarian for 2 years and with that comes leaning towards carbs. I eat wayyyyy to many. So I am needing to take the route of a low carb diet. Everything else I have tried doesn’t work. 
I will take any advise you can give. And hey let’s be friends and get through this journey together!
