I, too, live in Florida where it's usually too hot to walk/run outside, lol. I to dance!! I wish i could find and afford some classes! Next would be swimming and with the pool here in my neighborhood, it makes it that much easier for me to get a little excersise in!!0

Swimming and spin class and doing something different each time you go to the gym. Change up your normal routine. I like the treadmil and launges. It seems there should be away to dance for a cheaper price. I see so many people love to dance on MFP.0

BADMINTON! So much fun, helps with loads of different muscle groups and it can be as competitive (or not) as you want.0

Indoor beach volleyball! I'm not as good as many of the other players who can spike the ball through my body and into the next building, but I still love it.
Also, I was given an electronic drum kit that I bash away on when my 2.5yr old daughter lets me have a turn.0 -
I love Yoga!! My body feels so incredible after stretching. I also like playing badminton (LOL)! My husband prefers tennis, but I'm terrible at that!0

Hiking is my fav. Even in FL, if you are hiking in the woods, the shade drastically lowers the temp.0

I enjoy lots of different exercises. I think running gives me the best burn, but I enjoy hiking the most. So peaceful.0

walking with my babies buggy and stationary cycling. I put the tv on or BBC iplayer and cycle for a tv show so anywhere between 30-60mins most days0
