Hey 1kg down this morning! Possibly just water weight but I’ve literally been seeing the number 80kg consistently for months now without it budging so I’m having a mini celebration 🎉 for progress!

I’ve been struggling mentally with not being able to be in control of my weight. I don’t fluctuate much and I have very slowly gained weight over the years, so to feel in control for the first time in a long time was a major win for me! 👏🏼
MFP has given me not only control over exactly how many calories I’m consuming but in the nutrients my body needs to function. I’m obsessed to say the least about using MFP and so excited that I have tailored macro goals from my PT.
Watch this space cause I plan on kicking some major goals! 💪🏻
