Love food, hate exercise. Love cooking, hate binging.

You don't have to exercise to lose weight, though it helps. Just getting out and walking is a form of exercise that could help and may people don't actually consider 'exercise'.
And if you like to cook, you could pre-cook your lunches for the week and store them, or cook food to take to others. You don't have to binge on it.

Exercise isn't absolutely necessary but it definitely helps and unbelievably, gives you more energy! The fact that you love to cook is helpful, means you can play around with healthy recipes and feel like you actually know what you are doing, or as the above mentioned, cook for half a week to a week at once and have some DELICIOUS meals. I'm not a big fan of cooking, and I cook for one, so it can sometimes be a struggle not to just eat some lunch meant and a bag of steamable veggies haha
Best of luck to you0
