Hello. I'm not sure where to post this, so here goes. I just had full gastric bypass on 5/15, which went just as planned. I've been using this software since I started the bariatric program to keep track of what I eat. Now that everything is changed, I need to know how I can put the numbers that I have to maintain (fat, carbs, protein, etc.) to fit my individual needs. Can anyone help me?
