How to upload photos?

I got a new phone and don’t see an option to upload photos in my newsfeed. Any help???

    I tried both! Maybe I’m not seeing it? I was able to do it on my android but now that I have an iPhone I don’t see an option :/

    on the app go to progress at bottom next to the plus, hit the add at top. put pic in there. then open a status put pic in there.
