Hi. Chicken breast 5oz cooked or raw?

Not sure what you mean? Do you weigh the chicken raw or cooked? If raw, then use a raw entry. If cooked, you can use a cooked entry, or convert it out using the raw entry (3 oz cooked = 4 oz raw).1

The reason why people recommend weighing raw if you have the option is because cooking via various method removes different amounts of water from each other. So it's more of an estimate if you weigh cooked, because you don't know how much raw you actually started with, which is what dictates the calorie amount.3 -
I prefer to weigh chicken breast raw, because that's usually how it's listed on the nutrition label. I find it to be more accurate. Plus, it's easier to just weigh it raw first so I can know how much I'm eating before it's cooked.4
