    Will be turning 52. Want to lose 50 lbs. Busy with job and keeping up with stuff at home. Not into fad diets. This carb watching is hard cause everything has carbs.

    I'm 58, have been here for 4 years, lost 28lbs and found I have to stay here to keep it off...Currently trying to lose the last 7 again. Besides, I'd miss my friends here now if I ever left. Feel free to add me if you interact regularly. I'm active, but more some days than others. I walk all my dogs as my main exercise.
