Nauseous after eating more

For the last 4 days I haven’t been eating much at all. Under 900 calories per day. (Not intentionally trying to eat so few calories, just not feeling as hungry). No sweet and only drinking water. Today I ate a lot more than normal because I’m on a little trip and didn’t want to feel like I was missing out I guess. I ate quite a bit and had some sweets. Now I’m feel shaky and nauseous. Any ideas as to why that is?

Refeeding syndrome? I wouldn't have thought four days of undereating was enough to trigger it, but I'm no expert. Also, how much were you eating before the past four days? If this four-day period followed a longer period at a deep deficit, that might account for it.

might be worth a chat with the doctor if you suddenly are unable to eat much and feel nauseated when you do.

Yeah, my thought too. Could be the loss of appetite was you getting sick and the reaction when eating is related.

Yup I just had a stomach bug and the days leading up to it I had unusual fullness, then it hit and I couldn't eat anything! Now I still feel like I'm full but not as bad just tender in the stomach

I almost always lose my appetite when I get sick and feel uncomfortable when I eat. The odd things is if I don't lose my appetite I am ravenously hungry and I crave sweets which is unusual for me.
