I started doing Keto almost 2 months ago. I’m seeing great results so far. I’ve lost 15lbs. I need some friends that are also doing Keto. Needing some motivation!

I’ve heard of carb manager. I need to try that. I’ve used MyFitnessPal forever but when I search my food I put net carbs and so far it’s working. Or I. Have to create my own food if they don’t have it

Just started Keto a little more than 3 weeks ago. Have lost at least 10 pounds so far. Need to stay motivated too. I have been good at avoiding things that I know will sabotage my weight loss. But I am afraid I will eat things that unknowingly will hinder my results. I am not sure how to figure my personal macros yet. Still trying to do some research. Any help from some of you is welcome.1

I'm in too, have been doing keto for a couple months, needing to record macros and be more careful. I have a hard time with exercise due to foot and knee issues. Losing weight in late 60's is difficult, so, looking for buddies and recipes.1

I do low carb and also fast. Not as hard, bad, or scary as I thought it would be and is definitely doable for me long term. I've been doing 5:2 intermittent fasting for 5-6 weeks. Mondays are my water only days, and usually Thursdays are a very low calorie day (less than 500 cals). I find that this helps me keep my calories in check on a weekly average because I tend to lose my mind and self control on the weekends. At the end of a week, I usually average between 1400-1600 calories a day. I've lost 12.5 pounds in 44 days so far.1 -
Low Carb since January 9, have lost 37 pounds, 3 pounds away from my goal weight. I don’t eat any prepared “keto foods” or use alternative flours. I eat simple, mostly fresh foods and have found what my body responds positively to. It takes planning and experimenting.1

I recommitted to Keto on 4/7/19 and have lost 24lbs since then, 52lbs overall. Love this WOE!1
