So I do carb cycling. Today is my low carb day and my goal is 60 grams of carbs. I had chocolate and it fits in 60 grams. I didn’t have any vegetables. Just the chocolate for carbs. Is this alright??

If it fits into your carbs I'd say it's alright, but not the best nutritional source.1

On my low carb days my calories are also low so I typically don't have much wiggle room for things like chocolate (or at least not too much of it). That being said if you have the calories and feel satisfied, sure. But if you find yourself hungry you might want to adjust next time.0

Not healthy not to have vegetables, but shouldn't mess up the carb cycling.0

Have 85% cocoa chocolate .really cuts the carbs down0

There's a thread in the debate forum right now taking about how not eating enough fruits and vegetables increases your risk of cancer. As a general rule on an ongoing basis, it's not good to eat chocolate instead of vegetables. As a it happened one time thing, it won't hurt you.1
