On my 4 month journey to lose 35 pounds
I have lost 2.86 pounds on my first week
From 91.4kg to 90.1 kg

    Well done, that's a really encouraging start!

    Though be aware that some of that may be water weight, so don't be discouraged if the weight loss slows down a bit later :)

    One thing: you're aiming for a 2lb per week rate of loss, and that's normally only recommended for people who are very obese. Smaller dieters tend to find that such a high rate of loss leaves them hungry and tired, and means they lose muscle as well as fat, even with high protein intake and strength workouts. With 'only' 35lb to lose you may find 1lb per week more sustainable, and be happier with the results when you get there.

    I lost 4 pounds in one week just a couple of weeks ago, which actually alarmed me, as my goal is to lose .5 a week and I was eating to that goal. Sure enough, the following week I was back up 3 pounds. Water fluctuations.
