Scale is stuck on 63.1/63.3KG

I have been eating 1500 calories for almost 3 weeks now and on Monday I was happy to lose 1KG. I’ve stuck to it again this week and 4 days later I’m now 63.3. I did drink alcohol last night - is this it?

    How tall are you and what is your goal weight? Closer you get to goal weight, weight loss will be lower and slower. Weight goes up and down on a daily basis but as long as the longer term trend is going down its all good.

    How much alcohol did you drink? If just one or two, I would say not likely contributing to the weight gain but could have done. It may have been the volume of food you ate yesterday, you may have consumed too much sodium (fluid retention), could be the fact you needed to go to the toilet...but it is only 200gms. if you continue to gain weight over the next few days, you may want to check your food dairy, and if you aren't already weigh/measure your food and drinks.

    Wow forgot about this post, I was going to post about my new problem. Scales stuck at 61.2!!!

    I guess that is a great improvement from April 😁😁😁😁😁
