Amazing!!! If anything I know from past few months of losing weight, I did notice increase in my energy levels and improvement in mood. So you are on the right path. Welcome!!!5 -
Ok so I'm on a cut, and trying to go below where I was maintaining for the last 2 years, well I need to get back where I was maintaining first. Aiming to lose around 4lb a month.

I didn't really challenge myself last month and lost only 6 lbs, so this month I'm going to work a little harder and see if I can hit 10!4 -
I've been maintaining in the 170s for a few months and I'm creeping up to the high 170s, so I need to tighten up the ship a bit. I'm 5'9" and athletic/muscular (#BMIChartBeDamned).

These challenges are what motivated and kept me accountable for the majority of my weight loss and lately after hitting my goal, I’ve slowly crept back up. Want to nip it in the butt now and get back to where I was before it gets out of hand.

Me, please! Going on holiday on 1 July and need some motivation/support! I am 5'1" but have quite a lot of muscle (weight training, a LOT of HIIT, Pilates - you name it!) so not too worried about BMI but my lowest weight this time last year was 124lb and want to get back to it before I go away. Been steadily creeping up. Problem is the more I train the hungrier I am so hard to get the balance right between enough carbs/fat for energy but not so much I put on body fat! Would love to hear what plans/macros you all follow for success
Good luck everybody!!!

I need accountability, this is a great idea! I used MFP eight years ago with great success. Since then I went back to school for a career change and taking care of me was no longer. I am 55 and at my heaviest weight I've ever been, discouraging. I've been to the gym the last 2 days so I'm ready to get to it with my nutrition! Looking forward to doing this with you all! -Christine
