I've lost 30 pounds so the amount of cheese the average American eats per year. It's meant to be, I still love cheese.

I still have about a small bale of hay left.

By scale weight alone I've lost a slightly above average human brain. However, I've almost lost a car tire's worth of fat and gained 10 doz eggs of lean mass since I started back in 2012, if my metrics are to be believed.

Y'all are all amazing, way to go! I've lost a 2 month old horse and a human brain. Just have a dozen donuts to go. (Which could probably be easier if it wasn't for my love of baked goods lol.. ironic😂😂)

This month I've lost a human head and 10 out of 12 Krispy Kreme glazed donuts.
And, since the start of my weight loss journey on Feb. 22nd, I've lost a mid-sized microwave!

Since joining MFP, I have lost between an Irish Setter and a Gold Brick.
From my highest lifetime weight, I have lost between the complete Oxford English Dictionary and an average adult Male.
