Me, please! Going on holiday on 1 July and need some motivation/support! I am 5'1" but have quite a lot of muscle (weight training, a LOT of HIIT, Pilates - you name it!) so not too worried about BMI but my lowest weight this time last year was 124lb and want to get back to it before I go away. Been steadily creeping up. Problem is the more I train the hungrier I am so hard to get the balance right between enough carbs/fat for energy but not so much I put on body fat! Would love to hear what plans/macros you all follow for success

I need accountability, this is a great idea! I used MFP eight years ago with great success. Since then I went back to school for a career change and taking care of me was no longer. I am 55 and at my heaviest weight I've ever been, discouraging. I've been to the gym the last 2 days so I'm ready to get to it with my nutrition! Looking forward to doing this with you all! -Christine

I'm hoping to get out of the 140s soon! I'm going on a vacation for the first two weeks of June and I'm afraid I might not be able to exercise properly or weigh myself. I'm just going to stick to my diet and ensure calorie deficit every week and hope I'll be fine! Looking forward to the end of the month and see all of us reach our goals!2 -
