Since Oct 2014 here. Lost a total of 50 pounds the first year and maintained that loss for nearly 4 years now. Most of my acute pain has been gone for years now and many health issues have resolved. The power of Keto seems to be in what it can do for one's gut microbiome recovery and health in general.5

Hi!! I do keto and IF since the end of march 2019 and I’m down 48lbs total (I got MFP after I had already lost a bit) it’s been so easy that I know I can sustain this for the foreseeable future.3

IF is intermittent fasting - some people find it helpful to eat all of their calories for the day within an 8-hour (or smaller) window of time. 16:8 is a common option. It's not necessary to do that to lose weight, but some people find it easier.

Just wrapping up my first week and I’m down 7.8lbs so far (water). My insomnia is horrible though. Anyone else struggle with that??2

Ever since I bought a weighted blanket, I sleep like a baby. Hope you find relief from the insomnia.1

I've been on the keto diet (technically atkins but almost the same thing) and I'm down 11.8 pounds after only 16 days
Like cynthobrien said, its been so easy.. and I've actually really been enjoying it apart from the weight loss too. I have so much more energy and just feel better in ways I didn't expect.1 -
