i've been doing this for about a month now, lost about 14 lbs give or take. so doesnt look like im going anywhere anytime soon lol, so feel free to add me. guess i should have more friends on here than the 2 people i actually know, to get some tips and some food ideas, etc..

Your doing very well, ive only lost 9lbs which is about 4 kilos!!! i seem to be maintaning this weight instead of dropping another kilo :O( so i would love adice and tips0
