I added a message to the blog section, but have no clue what I'm doing there; will now try this section. Totally computer illiterate but will try. Thought that if this is easy enough, maybe I can support others and get some support myself. In the past I always lost weight temporarily for hunting season or for missions trips. This time I'm doing it just for my own comfort. God bless, Sue

    I think in your blog only people who go to your specific page see what you wrote, so it doesn't reach as many people unless you share it with others.

    On the forums whatever you post can be seen by anyone, so beware ;)

    Thanks. Will keep that in mind - although at my age I have too darned little to hide! :/ Some hunting fails, but the guys at church already know about them thanks to my hunting partner. But that's about it. Smiling, Sue
