Love it or hate it???

I had a proper adrenaline rush at work yesterday and although it made me strong as a bear for a minute i seriously thought i was going to faint after it was all over, had pains in my chest and i was sweating like a hog.

I think id prefere it if i didn't produce adrenaline

Anyway whats made you get a adrenaline rush recently?????

Arsenal game on Weds, I thought I was going to vomit after I watched that.

Also after I have a bout of adrenaline I go to the bathroom alot, its like everything in my stomach wants to evacuate.

As often as we can, being an Arsenal fan is not fun alot of the time, When I get my HRM I am going to strap it on while watching a game and see how many kcals I burn.

I had one on Tuesday while training. I was arguing with my trainer because we were doing squats with the weights on the shoulder Well the argument was he kept on increasing my weight. He's like you can do it. I was like look you grasshole that's too heavy. Finally he won so with 250lbs on my shoulders I did 15squats. Now you gotta remember we had been increasing weight by 50lbs per squat set of 20 and we began 100lbs. The last weight increase was brutal. I felt like hell yeah but as soon as I lifted the last squat And he got the weight from my shoulders, I thought I was going to pass out.

I enjoy the rush, maybe even addicted to it... even though they are becoming more and more rare over the years.
