New and need to try and keep consistent

Hi ladies! I’m not new to MFP but doing this again two years after I first lost weight. Have put it back on and it seems way harder to lose this time!
Been tracking religiously and keeping to the calorie count or under.....until the day I don’t because I did a super long day at work or just need a treat! Keep sabotaging my efforts, despite training twice a week and doing well most of the time. Husband is not a good influence so will just need to get tougher there and refuse to eat with him!
CW: 233 lbs
This month’s goal is to lose 5lbs and keep tracking consistently.

    I'm gonna friend you....I see the future....all I see is a goal crushing summer ahead of you!! Stay with it stay determined and use the support from MFP to WIN BIG!!!!!!!!!! This is my 3rd journey!!! Lost gained lost gained........BUT NOW.....After 6 years of fighting I've dropped 40lbs and I'm faster and stronger than I have EVER been and I was a power lifter when I was young!! Oh yeah I'm my best in my 30s who knew it was possible!! My younger self is jealous!!! Keep at it!!!!
