Going on hols for 3weeks in July, 2 reasons I wanted to lose weight was 1 I was uncomfortable, and 2 we are climbing up the waterfalls on holiday, I nearly didn't make it last time as I had got heavy, it was a big strain. Beginning of April I knew I have 3 full months to make a difference, 2 months in and I've lost 21lbs, it's made such a difference already, and I've found it easy!😀😀 these callenges also help a lot 😀😀3 -
