Hi everybody, my name is Harald, and I live in Vienna, Austria. I am very active and did professional skiing, Taekwon Do, biking, and many others. I got into strength training and weightlifting 15 years ago. I had to be on "target weight" in Taekwon Do. So I know tricks and techniques to lose or gain weight. But it became harder over the years. I realized that my metabolism changed when I was around 45 years old. I got a new smartwatch and this APP. I am curious about what happens here. I want to exchange my experience with people a little older who are also doing lots of sport and watching their diet.
