I'm not sure there is such a thing as "too much". Our bodies need water. We are something like 78% water. We sweat, perspire...whatever you call it, and need to replace it. We need it for digestion, etc. I usually drink between 8 and 12 cups a day. Don't always remember to log it, but I have it.
  • I've heard of people getting water drunk. But it's really hard to do. Usually they get water drunk because they are not eating enough. Like Alien said 8-12 cups should be fine.
  • I don't drink more than 3 litres in a day.

    thankyou all :)
  • I remember a girl dying from a radio contest where she drank too much water. It can happen.

drinking way too much water can make your brain swell up and you can die from it. dont overdo it (3+ gallons a day is a bit too much, dont you think? haha) but remember that you also have to be drinking a LOT of water to get to this point.
