banana split bites idea!!

little treat without breaking the calorie bank? grab a MEDIUM banana, slice it into little pieces that are about 1 inch tall. dip the lower half into whatever you like; oatmeal, peanut butter, cinnamon, granola, protein powder, etc (GET CREATIVE!). top the upper half with a dollop of fat free reddi whip and a cherry. YUM YUM, serves ONE!

  • I make something similar.....cut up a bannana into a dessert bowl, put lite or fat free cool whip on top and then drizzle lite choclate syrup and a few crushed peanuts. Makes you feel like you are eating something rich.

    my personal favorite dip is a liiiight coating of soy butter (just enough for stuff to stick! i use i.m. healthy soy butter original..i get it at stop n shop and its about 170 cals for 2 tbs) and then i dip it in either my caramel chocolate protein powder (you can find it at your local GNC shop!) or cheerios, or even coconut flakes...SOO good n yummy haha!!

    I tried your idea and I loved it. I used a tbsp natural peanut butter, lite whipped cream and sugar free chocolate syrup 2 tbsps each. YUM
