1st week in and not a great loss had

I’ve been doing this now a week and I weighed myself today and I’m only down 1lb I was 300-400 calls under every day of my allowance I’m weighing everything and putting in everything, am I going wrong somewhere 😩

Your only fault is your lack of patience. Also, please try to meet your goal and don't go under. You need to fuel your day and going too far under can cause fatigue, which can then mess with daily calorie burn.2

Give it time! A loss is a loss, no matter how small. Keep at it, drink plenty of water and make smart food choices. Don't fall into the trap of "..the hell with it".. You can do it, one day at a time.0

Too soon to make a judgement for several reasons including those that posters above have mentioned. Patience, this is a marathon not a sprint.0

1lb is 1lb you wouldnt have lost otherwise. Your doing fine. Ill just slide this in here since you seem the type to panic....I have went entire month losing no weight. I knew i was at a steep deficit and i should have lost atleast 2-3 pounds. Then suddenly one night overnight id be down 4 pounds. Your body will do its body things, Aslong as you keep to it and track honestly, You will lose. Its just not consistently smooth.2
