Talk about extreme my coworker and her boyfriend are going to start this in April
Ok here is how it works you basically live off of protein shakes 5-6 shakes a day for 28 days
some fat burners called Hot Rox\
Flax seed
Fish Oil
1 meal 1 day a week (thats right just 1) you get to eat food you get to chew but it has to be extremely healthy on that day you still drink your protein shakes as well
Ok so you finish your 28 days now its time to transition so you continue with your protein shakes on the 5th week but you get to add chewable meals to that only 1 per day.
Then on the 6th week you can add some more chewing meals all of which have to be healthy
They say that you will no longer crave the bad foods such as junk food and fried food because you retrain your body to eat right- It isn't low carb or low calories it is just the right amount per person
Now you can workout 3 days a week you must do strength training and you must walk 25 minutes a day everyday- No other form of cardio
and they say you will drop 20lbs without losing muscle and it will define the muscles you have and you will lose fat..
OK now my take on this diet. Its insane and drastic I like to chew my food. But best of luck to her.

NO thanks! Why would anyone do that to themselves? :sick:0

not the slightest clue- I guess quick results who knows- Her boyfriend is thin anyway so he really doesn't need to lose fat and she is by no means fat or even chunky- but they are going on a trip and will be wearing bathing suits the entire time so I guess they want to look their best0

I would rather be a chubby bunny in a swim suit than do that!0

lol. I would rather spend my time working out and eating right-- Im sorry but that is straight liquid diet yes you are getting all your nutrients but still- where is the chewing at:grumble: :noway:0 -
It sounds like the diet that my grandfather does through Kaiser Hospital. He has done it every year for the last like 5 years and hasn't been able to keep the weight off. I hate the way it sounds and I always yell at him for doing it. I personally feel that its extremely unhealthy because of what it does to your metabolism, and it doesn't work!
But that's my opinion...0 -
If all you are taking in is liquid, I wonder what comes out? Sorry really gross.0
