40/40/20 meal planning

Is anyone doing this? If so, what do you start your day with? How many hours in between meals? How many workouts a week?

    First thing in the morning lemon juice, 6 hours between meals and 4 to 5 workouts per week.

    I meal prep on Sunday or Monday. I prep at least 6 days of breakfast and lunch. Right now I like to drink a big blended protein shake for dinner. I usually follow the "most common"" meal times to eat but sometimes ill skip a morning meal and eat the meal-prepped breakfast as a after-lunch snack. I also work out 4 to 5 times a week
