I have had a nightmare week and got my neices Christening on Sunday. I've been to the gym again 3 times this week...but unfortunatley I have put on 1lb....
Not sure if 'lady' things are interfering, but aiming for a big loss next week :-)

I need to step it up too. Last week I recorded a SW of 223 on Wednesday, and then modified to 220 on Friday. I guess I should have stuck with the 223, as I'm now 221. So I'll record a pound of weight gain, instead of 2 pounds lost.

I think I'm starting off with a small "unfair" advantage in that I had LOTS of water weight (edema) which came off quickly - but for whatever it's worth, I have now lost another TWO POUNDS and I don't think ANY of that is water weight! Woo-hoo! Thanks for this challenge - it's fun!0
