It can be done

I did it! I set my mind to it didn’t get and stuck with it. Was I always perfect? No! Did I occasionally engulfed in a pint of ice cream? YES!! I just held myself responsible no guilt, I’d get back on the treadmill and do better the next day. Life goes on right?? It can be done, don’t dwell on the time it takes just keep going, ur exercising? Ur eating right? Ur drinking lots of water? Forget the scale hasn’t budged in weeks, ur gaining muscle (probably not) but that’s what you tell yourself to keep going. Nobody’s perfect, it took longer than a year to gain the weight so it takes a year plus to loose, it goes by faster than what you think, it’s not a year, it’s a day. Focus on the day.
I started this in the middle of May 2018 although I’ve had the app since 2015, I just finally made my mind up I was getting healthy. Am I done with loosing? No I still got some more I’d like to loose, but through this journey I’ve learned I love my treadmill I recently joined the Y (do I love it? No not really) but I go at least 5 days a week I do some weight training (never had muscles lol) and I usually get on the elliptical (I HATE that thing)
Just no it can be done!!! Forget the excuses

Thanks for the encouragement, I was doing so well and dropped 12 lbs and now back up 7. I wasn’t taking it day by day and trying to see the whole picture before I should! And yes I’ve been going at this since October, ugh lol

Lol been there done that, honestly didn’t think I could ever loose 90 plus lbs, I had my comfy weight, that I exceeded, and just wanted to loose 10-15. Almost 20 came off the first month and I just kept it up, honestly I love the treadmill I love to see the calorie burn, yes in the beginning I was like wow now I can eat that ice cream. Well I no longer “work” like that but whatever it’ll takes, right? Good luck you can do it! One day at a time

Great work! ... question is going to the gym shrinking the sagging skin from the weight loss?

Lol my tummy is more saggy than I’d like and my arms, ugghhhg the arms you know what I mean, but they’ve always been that way I guess, I’d love to have it removed but I don’t have that kind of money lol I have walked and built up throughout the year so no I don’t have the hunks of skin hanging off, I did join the Y hoping I can firm up everything my self, it’s only been a month and things do seem a little firmer (just not exactly where I’d like it to be lol)

I did 1200 for the majority I’ve raised it to 1600 now and usually eat around 1400, I know it’s cliche, but exercise is very important, I started with just hitting 10000 steps a day, now I usually average 21000-23000 steps a day, start small set small goals, but if u want it eat it and move on
