hey i got so many calories left but i really want to get it done with the remaining protein, advise me a dish

You only need to get 1 gram of protein for every 23 calories to hit your protein goal within your remaining calories, so that gives you a huge latitude (most foods that are considered good protein sources generally "cost" you less than 10 calories per gram of protein). As long as you don't "spend" all your calories on foods that are just sugar and fat, you shouldn't have much problem. Any "normalish" meal with meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, or beans and grains plus some veggies should get you there (of course, it would be bigger than what most people think of a normalish meal, to use up 1400+ calories.0
