I was going through my brothers photos and found a photo of I think my heaviest. It was about this time I went to the doctor and looked into weight loss surgery. I was sure I couldn't do it myself. You have to follow a pre surgery diet and to my surprise I lost 56 pounds, surgery was on according to my doctor. According to me it was off. I can do this. I joined MFP and logged my food, I joined a gym and got my beloved bike. Many stalls because of several surgeries but I am still here, still losing. I will never go back to that old picture, especially that terrible hair.
