Anyone else having issues with Fitbit and my fitness pal syncing together?

    Yes I am too!! I can log exercise and food and water on both apps separately but they won’t sync together!! My Fitbit syncs to the Fitbit app but it won’t transfer my steps to MyFitnessPal. They haven’t synced for 2 days now. I’ve tried logging out of both apps, deleting both apps, unsyncing both apps and redoing it all but nothing works. Any suggestions?

    I am having the same issue, my steps won’t sync from my Fitbit to MyFitnessPal. So annoying!

    So glad I found this thread! I’ve been uninstalling and reinstalling all day trying to fix it!

    I saw this on another thread,

    “Our team continues to investigate to isolate the root cause of the issue. At this time some users will see no data syncing, while some may see some data syncing sporadically. We are working on resolving this for all members.

    During this time, please do not relink your accounts, as this will further increase the backlog of sync requests.”
