Is this good for tracking a Keto diet?

    Absolutely it is! Just change your goals to 5% carbs, 20% protein and 75% fat. Then when you go to “nutrients” at the bottom of the diary page it will track your foods vs the goal. Shows actual nutrients vs goal and Macro %ages. Hope this helps
