I'm a little late to the game, but I want to join too! I started my weight loss journey in January, and its been a slow (but steady) one. Hoping some motivation and accountability will help to bring the weight off a little bit quicker!

It was a bit of a roller coaster this week weight wise. I need to work on cutting down on sodium intensive foods. But, it's the last four weeks of school (I'm a teacher) so I'm happy to see any downward movement! And I've been working hard on adding more running, walking and hiking. I can feel myself getting stronger!5 -

When I originally started losing weight, my goal was 129. Then it changed to 125. Now I bumped it to 123. I am basically at an ideal weight, but really need to drop more body fat and gain muscle. I guess this is a weird transition, to not focus on the scale but on building muscle and gaining the "right kind of weight". I dont really know where to go from here. I like the accountability of checking in still.

I'm a little late to this show but I've been logging in and tracking my food and exercise so I'm ready. I'm headed to Vegas on July 7th so I'm hoping to be down to 166 by then. I know I'm not weighing on the same date as everyone else and I hope that's ok. I always weigh in on Sundays so I am going to stick with that. Good luck everyone!

I did four days of water aerobics. I definitely need to be more mindful of calorie intake. I need to journal seven days out of the week and increase exercise to five days out of the week.2 -
A little late, but I need some motivation! Gained more then 10lbs from depression on top of my initial weight gain and have been trying to take back control of my life! Let’s do this!!!

Starting the month on a positive note, I am finally in 120’s
June 7: 128.6
I am not actively trying to loose weight at this point but trying not to gain. Very slight loss, which goes up and down during the week. I am being still mindful of how much I eat. I have changed my goal for 126 to 127.
This month I will see if mainting this weight Is something I can do.
