Hi I am just starting Fitness Pal and was wondering if anyone has any low carb breakfast ideas other than eggs?

    90 second bread (google it) with mashed avo or as a cheese and ham toastie, leftovers from other meals (I had eggplant lasagna today) basically you don’t need ‘breakfast food’ just anything that fits your dietary choices.

    I like overnight oats myself. 2 cups fruit (any), 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, 2 cups milk, 2 cups old fashioned oats (the quick type, not steel cut), 1/2 cup nuts (any), and 2 Tbs maple syrup. Mix it all up, let it sit in fridge overnight. Enjoy. Makes about 4-6 servings, depending on how you want to divvy it up.

    Okay, this has been my favourite snack lately and it would make a great breakfast too.

    250g of plain 2% greek yogurt
    100g of frozen raspberries

    I let my frozen raspberries melt all day into the yogurt and it is soooo good.

    You could add some granola or something to it if you need a little more.

    today I had strwberries (like 5), about half a cup 0% greek yogurt, a bunch of peanut butter (literally eat it out of the jar lol), an apple, and some granola (1/4 cup). Hits my cravings and keeps me full for a while bc tons of protein :)

    Maybe once a week snack on a hard boil egg (multiple eggs are just too much cholesterol for my taste)

    I on occasions have a small tin of mackerel in tomato sauce on seeded wholemeal toast or poached chestnut Maran eggs with smoked salmon again on seeded wholemeal toast
