hey guys i got 522 cals left, already covered my protein intake, and i want tostay awake from the next 12 hours.
got any snacks to consume while watching my new tv series "the 100" ? lemme know!

    Affogato.. vanilla gelato (or ice cream) with a hot espresso poured over it. You can add liqueur too but that's up to you.

    i live in saudi arabia so liqueur really is no option :D, also i never heard of affogato but the idea of icecream scoup with espresso dripping over it seems nice!

    similar to mine - of course adding melted butter/olive, etc., oils/perhaps some parmesan cheese will most definitely change those calories!

    oh i had many of them during ramadan, and btw some kinds like sukkary only contains 28cals a piece :D
