I’m a nursing mom, looking to estimate my activity level, I go the gym every day for aerobic strength training 45min-1hr a day. Other than that I spend a ton of time in the car, and don’t get close to my 10000 step goal. I’m currently set at not active, should I change my activity level?

My dear, I would say that you are Sedentary - meaning you sit most of the time - but absolutely log your exercises, every time and while this will increase the amount of calories available to you, you don't have to use them. Everyone's calorie calculation is different, based on the factors that you fill in to when you make your account - Age, Height, Current Weight, Weight Goal.0
