I did four days of water aerobics. I definitely need to be more mindful of calorie intake. I need to journal seven days out of the week and increase exercise to five days out of the week.2 -
A little late, but I need some motivation! Gained more then 10lbs from depression on top of my initial weight gain and have been trying to take back control of my life! Let’s do this!!!

I am not actively trying to loose weight at this point but trying not to gain. Very slight loss, which goes up and down during the week. I am being still mindful of how much I eat. I have changed my goal for 126 to 127.
This month I will see if mainting this weight Is something I can do.

After reading a lot of the posts I noticed that many are posting where you started on this weight loss journey. I started mine at the beginning of the year. My starting weight was 212 and I was ready to change! I've been plateaued now for a month so I'm excited that just simply jumping on this challenge with you all and tracking my food has started me down again. It may be only a pound, but its the first pound down I've seen in awhile. Enjoy your day everyone!8 -
