Hi, I am a female wanting to just slim down for summer a bit. I’m 138 now and my goal is about 115. I think that won’t b too drastic based on my measurements, but I want to know how y’all motivate

    I don't rely on motivation. I develop my habits slowly, a little at a time and then get back to my life so it doesn't revolve around what I'm eating. I take the path of least resistance (i.e. what's the easiest and laziest way to do this that will still give me the results I want?) Makes it much easier to not eat when I'm focused on other things.

    What worked for me in the beginning was taking shirtless pic, printing it & putting it on the fridge.

    It was a fantastic motivator.

    I get more motivation as I see the results, because it means that I can do it and I *am* doing it. Take small steps, don't be too hard on yourself along the way and it will happen. You can do it!
